Wedding Artwork for Mr. and Mrs. Lin

This post is all about my friends’ wedding artwork (Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Lin). The image above is for their welcoming balloon prints that their guests will be taking pictures with. The purpose of this project is to explore a shifting perspective that implies that the viewer is not fixed in space. I layered photographs that I took of architectures and the model, and arranged them into one image using different blend modes and transparency, respectively. The color combination I chose are tragic colors (YG, BV and RO), and complementary colors (Y and V). The organization of saturation, value, hue of color creates movement and emphasis.
