I don’t know if you can tell my figure drawing style is loosing up bit by bit. My instructor Prof. Chen Yong promotes “crazy messy struggle” drawing style and he has been helping me quit being a perfectionist, focusing on details, but let my hands go free. It took me some time to change my habit of drawing neat to drawing messy, but I really love the tension I created by boldness, craziness and even mistakes.
